What's the capitol of PEI?

Used to be it was Toronto, but it may now be said to be Calgary.

On the Confederation bridge it's grey haired traffic to the island, brown haired traffic to the mainland.

People don't leave PEI because they want to, they leave because they have to.

PEI is the West Virginia of Canada.
