Winamp: The Leave me Alone Button

While installing some Microsoft software the other day, I think I signed a pre-nup with Bill Gates, who knows what is buried in all that fine print that buries the accept button. Learn to accept. Next. I agree.

I always liked Winamp's installation. It gave one the option to pass on a bunch of *mandatory crap typing/privacy giveaway. The button said 'Leave Me Alone'. A free pass from filling out a form to sign up for spam or God knows what.

Oughta be a law about fine print. Limit it to ten words and a big red font. Fine print is deceptive in that nobody reads it, especially if you have marginal vision or trouble understanding legal terms or no caution. Isn't that all of us?
