Ghiz Will Outsource Patronage

In order to keep his hands clean I am predicting Ghiz will 'privatize' many of the porky parts of provincial patronage. Then when the private outsource company hires all Liberals, he will be a step removed from the contravention of the charter of rights and freedoms.
