Hosting harangue

Chronic Hosting has served me well the last four years, and cheaply ($5/mo). The past two days have been an exception - my website was down completely Tuesday and then yesterday my disk quota was set wrong, and I couldn't FTP anything. All fixed now.

Before I hosted with Chronic, I was spending $25/mo at Canaca which was too much.
