Ruk's 3la 411. LOL or DOA?

Peter Rukavina is like Dr. Strong from David Copperfield, whose pet project was to put together a Greek dictionary - monumental task but I guess Webster did it in English...
I stumbled on Peter's 3la website yesterday, a google search picked up on the PEI post.
What 3la does is explain the meaning of three-letter-acronyms or 3la's. This is obscure enough but then an audio podcast of each explanation is thrown in as well, taking the esoteric even deeper. A Godsend to the blind websurfers stuck on definitions of three letter acronyms you've got to love the idea at least as much as I loved the charactor (or character) Dr. Strong. Wit's ends explored!
