Cap on a Map

The CAP Sites in PEI can be seen on a map here.
I wonder what the future is for these little footholds of free public internet and PC access. These beacons of technology taking the uninitiated into the internet and Word. They are like phonebooths. As time goes by they may become irrelevent (like a dictionary because who cares if I can or can't spell). They are a nice extension of library services, and computer literacy is as much needed as plain old literacy. So they should become part of the PEI library system eventually. I hope they don't go away alltogether.
