Crows, Guns, Pesticides: 0, 200, 50 Meters Respectively

This CBC article says crows are official pests, fire at will. Then goes on to say guns can't be fired within 200 meters of a home without permisson of homeowner if your after game, but with crows the 200 meters is off. The laws do not apply to crows because they are not game.

Pesticides aren't allowed to be sprayed within 50 meters of schools and hospitals, but if you are a homeowner this law does not apply.

Homeowners are the crows when it comes to pesticides, we're fucked.
