Pat Binns: Winner Take All

Pat Binns has a winner takes all style.

He is fighting to keep it too: changing the measure of success to 60% in November's plebiscite; vowing to hold a second plebiscite on the same issue - he keeps trying to shut the door on those behind him. Winner take all.

Polar Foods was winner take all, the winner being whoever has that $32 million.
We all lost on that one, loser lost all you might say, the losers being PEI taxpayers. Would a larger opposition in government have avoided, retarded, or detected a Polar Foods situation before it got to $32 Million?

Didn't Pat Binn's Progressive Conservatives used to ask each other questions during question period, posing as an opposition so the show could go on. Procedures must be followed. While they were posing as cat and mouse, somebody outfoxxed them of $32,000,000. That was some good Tory on Tory action in the house!
